date of arrival and departure.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The NON-payment of the deposit within the period required by the management, is equivalent to the cancellation of the reservation.<\/p>\n<p>In case of delayed arrival you must promptly notified to the management.<br \/>\nThe campsite ensures the availability of the reserved pitch until 11,00 pm on the day of the scheduled arrival.<\/p>\n<p>After this time the campsite will be free from any commitment undertaken with the client for \u201cNO SHOW\u201d; and the campsite will withhold the deposit.<\/p>\n<p>The pitch will be assigned by the management, without this being used for complaints or claims for compensation.<br \/>\nHowever the management&#8217;s commitment is to reserve the pitch in the requested area, depending on the availability of the period.<\/p>\n<p>If the reservation is without deposit, but accepted by the management, it is valid until 03,00 pm on the day of the expected arrival.<\/p>\n<p>The balance of the office expences.<\/p>\n<p>To the customer who withdraws from the contract after 30 days , but no later than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be returned.<\/p>\n<p>To the customer who withdraws from the contract within 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, NO deposit will be returned but you must in any case give notice of the cancellation by E-mail.<\/p>\n<p>The entire period booked and confirmed, will be fully counted and must be paid even in the case of late arrival or early
